The Stanford Terrace Inn's executive conference room provides the following features to maximize your comfort and efficiency: For your presentations we have white boards, a flip chart, a projector, a raised television and equipment to play CDs, DVDs, MP3s and VCRs. There are a variety of seating and table configurations, such as seating for up to 30 theater style. Catering is also available. Rental fee is $200-$250 per day.

This room has been used by Stanford departments and local businesses needing a convenient off-site venue.

The room is the perfect setting for breakfast meetings, small receptions, and brainstorming sessions when a more casual, intimate setting is required.
